When Pathways Community Health merged with the Compass Health Network to join a network of non-profit health care organizations that provides a full continuum of behavioral health services throughout Missouri and Louisiana, it was time to consider a switch to a new work order management system. Unhappy with their current system, Pathways, wanted better reporting capabilities.
