CHALLENGE
When Pathways Community Health merged with the Compass Health Network to join a network of non-profit health care organizations that provides a full continuum of behavioral health services throughout Missouri and Louisiana, it was time to consider a switch to a new work order management system. Unhappy with their current system, Pathways, wanted better reporting capabilities. Compass Health used Landport, and it was a natural fit for Pathways to integrate—and solve system reporting issues.
SOLUTION
Landport migrated Pathways from their previous system to the Landport system, which provides a robust, efficient online system. Landport is simple and user friendly, making new account set up a breeze, and accounts are customized and tailored to the workflow.
RESULTS
After Pathways, now Compass Health, migrated to the Landport system, all work orders are now handled in an intuitive, organized way. Implementation was easy and system reporting will be much easier now.
